Shipping your parcel or letter
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. You can choose from the following shipping methods:
Colissimo Domicile-without signature
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to your letterbox within 48 hours.
If your letterbox isn't big enough and you're not at home, a delivery notice will be left for you, allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days, or to collect your parcel from the post office of your choice the next day at 3pm.
If you don't make a choice, you can collect your parcel from your local post office within 15 days.

Colissimo Domicile-with signature
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within approximately 48 hours and signed for. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you, allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days, or to collect your parcel from the post office of your choice the following day at 3pm.
If you don't make a choice, you can collect your parcel from your local post office within 15 days.

Colissimo Point Retrait
With Colissimo Point Retrait, you can choose from several pick-up options to collect your parcel
- At La Poste, you can choose the location where you want your parcel delivered (without your letter carrier having to visit your home first) from the 9,500 post offices available throughout mainland France.
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and e-mail. You can then collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

- In a Pickup relay, you can choose one of the 16,000 local Pickup retailers near your home, workplace or vacation destination, to which you would like your parcel delivered.
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and e-mail. You can then collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

- You can choose one of 500 Pickup lockers to have your parcel delivered. Located on your route (train station, metro, parking lot, shopping mall, etc.), they are accessible 24/7 (except for lockers subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport zones).
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your collection codes, allowing you to collect your parcel within 3 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.
